What makes a good agency? Creativity. Brilliant strategy. Impeccable client service. What makes an agency great however is a different matter altogether. Combing through 10 years of observations and feedbacks from our own clients, we’ve summarized key reasons why clients have hired us, worked together with us and built successful relationships with us over the years. This manifesto is how our agency strives to live by to be a great agency for our clients.
Great agencies have integrity. Trust gained from our reputation is the ultimate reward.
Only do something when we know we can do it well and do it to the best of our abilities. Only then would clients trust in our ability to deliver. That’s how a great agency gains a great reputation.
We will love the client and do what we can to help them. That makes the agency a great agency to work with.
Only when we excel in doing the small things can we be entrusted with great things.
If there isn’t anything good to say – we say nothing at all.
We will do whatever it takes to overcome challenges because we know all too well that when we are responsible for something, we should never be too high up there to roll-up our sleeves and dig.
We will never overestimate ourselves no matter how big we grow and continually challenge ourselves to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.
If we just bow out, we will never become a great agency.
In that dire of circumstance, great agencies know when to quit gracefully and part ways with dignity and respect.
No agency is 100% perfect. When mistakes are made, we will come clean quickly, take responsibility for mistakes without justifying them; learn so that it’ll never repeat; and understand that failing to do so will quickly become another mistake.
